Business-to-Business Coordinator
The Royal Danish Embassy
The Danish Embassy in Jakarta is seeking a Business-to-Business Coordinator in the development section. The work is related to the Embassy's newly started Business-to-Business (Environment). The purpose of the Business-to-Business (Environment) is to support the establishment of long-term environmental sustainable partnerships between Indonesian and Danish companies, with a view to promote local business development by transferring environmental technologies. Responsibilities:
- Responsible on a daily basis for the implementation of the Business-to-Business (Environment)
- Facilitate and monitor the use of grants and the implementation of projects and report on the use of grants
- Programme awareness activities incl. soliciting and reviewing requests for support; providing information for potential partners/partnerships
- Preparing visiting programs for incoming and outgoing delegations - Meetings/day-to-day contacts with applicants as well as during implementation stage.
- Responsible for evaluating project documents and prepare recommendation for support
- Preparing contracts including budgets, commitments and cash flow assisted by the accounting officer
- The Business-to-Business Coordinator will refer to the Deputy Head of Mission.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian private sector companies
within energy and environment as well as technical insight
- Minimum 5 years working experience from the private sector
- Experience from work with development would be advantageous.
- A degree within Business Administration and/or economics is
a priority.
- The working language is English.
