Muncul Group is a company specialist in Copier and Office Automation. Our Business Unit in Jakarta and Yogyakarta currently seeking candidates for the following positions
Director (2 candidates to he placed in Jakarta and Yogyakarta)
This challenging role will require an experienced business leader with an instinctive feel for marketing-led sales and services. He will be responsible to achieve the group's ambitious plans & maximize shareholder value by building a strong & distinctive regional market presenceforthe group's products & services portfolio.
The position will report to the Board of Director & will involve general management of the group's diversified activities in a range of manufacturing businesses and services in and around Indonesia with full financial responsibility including managing/overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing long-term strategic plans and annual operating plans, spearheading new ventures/projects & driving '.. the corporate finance function placements etc.
The ideal candidates is likely to be in his 40s and will currently be the Managing Director/COO of a group national wide coverage company.
Branch / Operational Manager
Candidate requirements:
- Male, min. 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Economics field
- Have experience minimum 3 years in the same position
- Able to review the operational organization, identify and develop all operational procedures & all training required
- Hands on experience in finandal reports, budget control, collection, distribution and office operational
- Excellent capabilityto manage overall global marketing strategy such as develop products prepare and execute marketing plans; achieve sales, distributions target and collection
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willing to be laced in Tangerang, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, dan Centra Java
