FIELD TRAINING OFFICER
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
a. S1 with min. GPA 2.75
b. Age max 32 years
C. Minimum 1 year experience in soles/marketing field or experience in training sales force
PERSONAL REQUIREMENT
a. Good communication & presentation skill
b. Able to lead a gfoup of people
c. Heavy travelling all over Indonesia (10-20 days/month)
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT
a. Able to make and deliver training module
b. Able to do training need analysis and evaluation c, Master selling skill and marketing concepts
